Ashby Court is run by Owners, for Owners, and comprises fifty apartments. Amenities include owners' lounge, on-site dining, guest suite, landscaped gardens and owners' parking. The Court provides a number of regular weekly activities and outside trips are also organised for the homeowners.

Building insurance, building maintenance, gardening, weekly apartment cleaning/domestic help, regular window cleaning are included within the Service Charge.

The lease provides that a transfer premium is payable to Retirement Security on resale of a property. The maximum premium payable is 3% of the sale price depending on the length of time an Owner has lived at the property.
